This policy follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) in its current version and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021).

Your account details, course progress, tool entries, challenge streaks and notes in this app are currently stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser storage deletes this data permanently.

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and referring page. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation. Log data is deleted or anonymised after a short retention period.

Hosting / processor: our website hosting provider, acting under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

We use only technically necessary storage required to operate the site and remember your local progress (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, §165(3) TKG 2021). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, they will only run with your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts via an external server. Your IP address may be transmitted to Google in the process. Details: Google Privacy Policy.

If you contact us by email, we process your details to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention obligation applies.

If you buy a course, we process the data required for the contract and invoicing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Accounting records are retained for seven years under §132 Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO). Payment processing is handled by our payment service provider, which acts as an independent controller for payment data.

We share personal data only with processors that support our operations (hosting, email, payments) and with authorities where legally required. Where a transfer outside the EU/EEA occurs, it is based on an adequacy decision or EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 44 ff GDPR).

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21) to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with future effect.
