Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with
Different Hustle Academy and the brand Different Angles are operated by El-Haytham David Kronbichler, trading as Web by David, Innsbruck, Austria (UID ATU81463435, GISA 37794194) — referred to below as “we”, “us” or “the seller”. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.
You confirm you are of legal age, or that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
2. The service
We provide access to online course content, written lessons, downloadable templates, planning tools and an in-app coaching assistant for building a personal brand. Features available to you depend on the plan you select (Free, Academy or Pro).
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or spam-related;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, scraping, or circumvention of technical limits;
- resell, redistribute or publicly share course content, downloads or your account access;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source of the platform.
5. AI-assisted features
Parts of the platform generate text suggestions. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for general educational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, tax or professional advice. You are responsible for what you submit as input, for verifying outputs before you publish them, and for holding the rights to any content you enter. We may filter, refuse or remove content and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious misuse. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the platform, the course material, templates, branding and software. Your plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the material for your own personal or internal business use for as long as your plan is active. You keep ownership of the content you create; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it purely to provide the service.
7. Payment, billing and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing frequency, renewals, taxes, cancellations and refunds are handled under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
See our Refund Policy for the refund window.
8. Service level
We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Course content may be updated, restructured or replaced over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. On termination your access ends; you can export your notes and tool outputs before you delete your account.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Austrian law. Results are not guaranteed: the platform teaches methods, it does not promise income or audience growth.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Innsbruck, Austria have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence remain unaffected.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Questions: angles.contact@icloud.com.
